Have you been hearing the call of the forest, longing to go be in
nature and reconnect with simpler ways of living?
Forest bathing is the answer to that call.
So what is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is a wellness practice for restoring ones optimal state
of health and wellbeing through the healing power of nature.
It incorporates mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, and nature.
It has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, improved mood, energy,
focus and creativity, and to even help reduce blood pressure and
promote heart health.
And not only this, but it also helps to re-establish your connection
to nature, grounding you and encouraging a wholistic, balanced and
harmonious way of living on Earth.
And through this, it helps to benefit the health of the planet, too.
Forest bathing classes are held twice monthly at different locations.
Each class will explore different meditations and exercises to help
you harness the healing energies of nature for greater balance, health
and power in your life, and to help you deepen your connection and
relationship with nature.
Let’s come together, appreciate and celebrate our beautiful planet home, Mother Earth.
Let’s open our hearts to receiving her unconditional love, and to thriving here upon her.
Let’s say yes to living our most
vibrant lives, full with our love for nature. 💚
Our July 27th class will be held at cedar bog at Birds Hill Park. 🌲
To get to the bog, after entering the park, head straight for the exit to the park.
Near the exit, you will notice a a parking area to the right and a bench. This is where the trail head is. I will meet you all there. The parking area is small, and we can park anywhere along the side of the road.
Please bring, if you desire, a little blanket to rest on.
Also, please have in your awareness that ticks, spiders and mosquitoes share the forest with us. These beings mean us no harm, and are simply fulfilling their roles here. If these beings make you uncomfortable, please come prepared with your desired protection. I am here to help you move through any fears that you have about them - I promise that on the other side of the fears is great freedom and ease in nature. We can choose to love and embrace these beings and their role, while still protecting ourselves.
Also, note, that ticks do not transmit Lyme until attached to your body for 24 hours. A quick check, shower and washing clothes in the afternoon/evening after the class will protect you.
I can be reached at 431-336-5561 the day of if you have trouble finding the location.
Class is $20.00 💚

See you in the forest! 💚🌲
