Forest bathing is the answer to that call.
So what is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is a wellness practice for restoring ones optimal state of health and wellbeing through the healing power of nature.
It incorporates mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, and nature.
It has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, improved mood, energy, focus and creativity, and to even help reduce blood pressure and promote heart health.
And not only this, but it also helps to re-establish your connection to nature, grounding you and encouraging a wholistic, balanced and harmonious way of living on Earth, like our ancestors.
And through this, it helps to benefit the health of the planet, too.
Forest bathing classes are held twice monthly at different locations.
Each class will explore different meditations and exercises to help you harness the healing energies of nature for greater balance, health and power in your life, and to help you deepen your connection and relationship with nature.
Our June 18th, Full Moon Forest Bathing class is from 8:30-11pm at Assiniboine Forest.
We will meet at the duck pond, under the arbor.
Exchange for the class is $20.00 per person.
