What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is like nature’s yoga.
Just like yoga, forest bathing utilizes techniques in mindfulness and meditation to cultivate greater self awareness while relieving stress and promoting overall health and wellbeing.
It has been shown to reduce anxiety, improved mood, energy, focus and creativity, and to even help reduce blood pressure and promote heart health.
What is unique to forest bathing is that it brings you into deeper relationship with nature. It awakens your intuition and senses, and can help you to learn how to work with nature as a guiding force in your life.
Forest bathing classes are held twice monthly at different locations.
We will explore different elements of nature, and different exercises, practices and self-reflection questions in each class.
Our April 27th class will be at Bois des Esprits park. We will meet at Royalwood Bridge.
Exchange for the class is:
$20.00 per class [$15.00 x 2 with a friend new to my services] or
$60.00 for a four class pack
